Our Brisket Rubs can be
made into an injectable marinade by
simply adding the package contents to 2
cups of warm water. Shake and allow to
sit for 30 minutes and all you need to
do is inject the now injectable brisket rub
and/or use as a liquid Brisket marinade.

How do our
Brisket Dry Rubs differ from other Brisket Dry Rubs?
Our special blend of spice and seasonings are designed
to enhance the flavor of the brisket. Additionally,
combining our brisket rubs with 2 cups of water
now makes our rubs the first injectable rubs plus liquid
marinade. So, you can poke it, soak it and rub it in
order to get the trifecta of marinating meat. When we
started developing our Texas Brisket Rubs, we didn't want a
consumer having 15 - 20 different packages in their
cabinet. Our philosophy is to streamline the process by
creating a multi-functional poke it, soak it and rub it

Pit Brisket Dry Rubs.
Our "Original Texas Brisket
Dry
Rub" is a perfect blend of spices with a
mild touch of heat, very little salt and NO MSG!!! The
reason for this low sodium product is we feel you should
control how much salt you add to the meat. Plus, have
you seen what salt does to meat? Have you ever wondered
why your briskets or burgers are always dry after you
cook them? The answer is too much salt in the seasoning.
Our "Smokin' Hot
Texas Brisket Dry
Rub" is made from high quality spices
with a much stronger touch of heat. In comparing sodium
to other seasoning rubs, we are still lower and still
giving you the freedom controlling the salt level. This
seasoning rub does contain MSG.
