We spent years searching for the best rub recipe from Kansas City, Memphis, Texas and Cajun Country (yes, they smoke meat in Louisiana.). In fact, on April 18, 2004, we purchased the domain name www.brisketrub.com  and started our journey.

After more than 4 years of research, we have packaged the best recipes. Each recipe has been taste tested by friends and family. Trust me, if you ever have the pleasure of meeting any of our friends or family, you will see they do not hold any punches. Our dry rubs are so good, we had one of our friends contact us the next day and ask if I would smoke a brisket, a pork shoulder and a chicken using our dry rubs. Naturally, I said yes. Please keep in mind, when we designed our dry rubs, not only did we take into consideration flavors from various regions, we also wanted our dry rubs to be used on pork, poultry, fish/seafood as well as beef.

What do we have in the future? Well, we are working on a Carolina Dry Rub and a Jamaican Jerk Rub. Until we finish those and come out with a six pack of dry rub, please purchase our products at the Cajun Party Store. And remember, whether you are grilling or smoking, please enjoy our dry rubs . You won't get the blues with this Memphis BBQ Dry Rub. A combination of ingredients delivering the rich Memphis Rub taste.

Our Texas Style Spicy Dry Rub contains the ingredients to make a finger licking smoked barbecue brisket with a little extra kick. Try the rub on chicken, turkey, pork, fish and seafood as well.
